Pretty good product my brother loved it and he would recommend this chair

To preface, I have been using these types of chairs for more than 12 years. This chair was delivered on July 25th and assembled on July 26th. It is now August 5th and one arm has already broken off due to the terrible, injection-molded mounts on the bottom of the armrest. It feels like a copy of other brands, just with far less quality and attention to detail. It simply isn't worth the asking price and has severe quality control issues.

I have an issue with the gas cylinder cover and the lunbar support wasnt comfortable at all. After jamming the cover back in place and taking the lumbar support out i really like it alot now.

Comfortable chair but both the arm rests snapped off after only a few months.

broke on me after a year but corsair has good warranty but took over a month to get a replacment

Put it together and the armrest fell apart. None in stock so i had to just return it.

The armrest broke a week later. I was two days out of refund policy because it was a gift and was not opened right away. Disappointed.

There are better and more comfortable chairs in this price range.

whatever is used to hold the chair in a reclined position broke after a few weeks. whenever i lean back, it snaps all the way down. just 2 days after the return period too or else i would be on my way to return it right now.
