This chair was delivered on July 25th and assembled on July 26th. It is now August 5th and one arm has already broken off due to the terrible, injection-molded mounts on the bottom of the armrest. It feels like a copy of other brands, just with far less quality and attention to detail. It simply isn't worth the asking price and has severe quality control issues.

After jamming the cover back in place and taking the lumbar support out i really like it alot now.

They are unnecessarily pointed forward and ruin the chair for me. Additionally, the back rest pillow is not the best.

For the price I paid you would think after less than a month it would have been more comfortable. I reached out to a rep on chat and they said it was not refundable or that I could not exchange it. Very disappointed.
