These are built well and look appealing, but these are slow, high-latency sticks using Samsung dies. With the price of RAM dropping rapidly, you can do far better by spending just a little bit more - even within Corsair's own Vengeance product line. If you just need to surf the net and check emails, these will be fine. If you're a gamer, overclocker or other enthusiast though, you can do better.
Please confirm before purchase these are the specifications you'd like to have on your system or purchase a different kit that meets your wants/needs better.

Terrible customer service from Best Buy

This is not a review of the product but my experience of Best Buy's customer service, especially as a My Best Buy Total customer. One word describes it - "terrible". I ordered this kit on December 26, 2024. It wasn't delivered even after nearly 45 days. I ended up buying the kit from another chain store. The local Best Buy was unable to help with canceling the order as well. When I finally had the time to chat with a CSR online, she said it was my fault as the order shows it's in shipped status on their end although the kit was never delivered. It took me nearly 50 minutes to get the order cancelled. When I asked the rep to escalate the issue to a higher level, she responded that someone will contact me. No one has reached out to me so far.
I've had a similar experience with Best Buy twice in the last year alone. This is the third time. I will take this poor experience into consideration with Best Buy's CS when renewing the My Best Buy Total subscription.
TLDR - If you decide to buy from Best Buy, buy it from the local store and not on their website. Better yet, buy it from more reputable local or online stores.

I think this DRAM kit would've been awesome if I had received the right size. For some reason I received the 32gb kit instead. That worked ok though, but not right product.
