Now saying this, my PC had problems out of the box, the graphic card was not connected to the PSU, so when I turned on the PC I didn't have a picture, first I thought that my graphic card was DOA but after I took of back panel I have found out that power cable was not connected to PSU, so I connected a cable and it worked I was happy about that because I really didn't want to return this PC. Now second problem once I want true the initial windows setup process windows was telling me that I don't have license for it? so I looked in the box trying to find the windows key but there was no key to be found anywhere, I went on the phone trying to call Corsair after being on the hold for who knows how long I just decided to buy windows key online I imputed the key and everything worked fine, since then I don't have any problem with this PC using it almost 12 hours par day and I am happy with the purchase despite the initial problems. but initial problem deserve one star especially when you are spending $3000 on a PC Corsair if you reading this, be sure that you test your pre builds before you send them to Best Buy!

Having owned and enjoyed this computer for the past 8 months, it came to a disappointing conclusion a few days ago when I powered it up and got a blue screen and OS error. Hours of effort to try and resolve and then reinstall the OS only resulted in it repeatedly crashing and a wide array of errors. Fortunately, I purchased Geek Squad protection and received a full store credit from BB. Now to resume my search for a fully functional and reliable gaming desktop. For me, Corsair was not the answer.

It’s also running at the founders edition specs so it’s not a good one. The PC didn’t even come with a power cable so I’m disappointed to say the least. I’ll probably be returning this today
