This is first prebuilt i tried. Picked it up from BB and ram was a little loose and top cover of CPU cooler was off. Turned on fine but windows updates were failing and icue install failing. Finally installed and removing and reinstall. Played new world and was crashinf 5-7 times a day with 1/3 of it giving blue screen of death and restarting. 2nd day wont even load into windows and says critical process died as stop message. I had done the corsair diag test that comes w the pc and had passed cpu, ram, etc and temps were fine. Just seems sometbing faulty wad sent ti me. Disappointed cuz the system looked nice.

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Out of the box had problems if a flashing black screen and If your buying a pc for gaming and plan on having chat groups on discord or even want to stream this is not the pc for you. Max you can do is run a game and one or two extra tabs. Anything over that your cpu and gpu will be at max and won’t be able to handle more. I traded this pc in after 3 weeks and got the Lenovo legion 5i that was on sale for $1650 but original price is $2000. I would highly recommend spending the extra money.
