Upon getting this laptop I ran into many "bugs". Start up took forever and had to be done three times because the computer was freezing and giving me error messages. I decided to still give it a chance, downloaded my game that I specifically asked if the computer would play. It lagged and I couldn't use it on high settings. I returned it two days later.

It does the job but really could be better in my opinion.

The mic is way too quiet. I practically has to yell just for anybody to hear me in discord. Checking the forums, corsair just said to move the mic closer, but if I did I'd be eating it.

I bought this headset early February 2016, overall the headset is great, its seems well made as well as a comfortable and works great for the most part. The main problem is the CUE software, I use multiple Corsair Devices and the software links them together, the problem is that if you are using the chat program Discord, there seems to be an issue with the CUE Software and the Headset. Plus there doesn't seem to be a way to keep the headset separate from the software when CUE is installed for other devices. It seems to be a known issue. I would recommend this to friend then I would wait to see if there is a fix for between Discord and Corsair, being that many twitch streamers have started to make the mood to Discord for chat purposes.

Not a good product, break very easy...not recommended

Pros: -Great quality Ear Cups -Good Sound Cons: -Cord is very short -Microphone is not in any way bendable, only up and down -You have to speak loud for the microphone to pic up your voice as a voice, not a background sound -Lighting could have been in more places than just the side -you cannot see if the mic is muted or not, because you cannot see the light. -If you unplug the USB, the Mic,and Audio will NOT work. you have to restart your pc.

These headphones work great, and have a great fit. There was a little issue with getting them to work with Windows 10, but after installing the recommended software from the manufacturer's website, the problems resolved.

Pros: Great sound when it works. Not to heavy or tight on my large round head. Cons: Only had them for 15 minutes plugged in. Already having static issues. Looked online and there are multiple people with these issues. I purchased these because a reputable custom Gaming PC manufacturer sells them. This just goes to show that it is best to read reviews before you buy. I tried multiple ports on my computer and all of them have the same issues. I'm going to return these after posting this review.

Works well for the conputer gaming that my son does. Good choice.

This headset sounds fantastic for gaming. The one drawback was the high pitched noise coming from the left ear cup.

At first this item worked great. I thought it would be nice to see what the smaller than expected RGB lights on the side could do so I downloaded CUE which I wasn't aware was designed as non-user friendly as possible. After following the less than thorough instructions, I opened the app. I tried to click the devices tab which wasn't displaying anything, and of course nothing happened. I noticed that the light on the headset had turned off so I went to YouTube to see if it they were still working.... they weren't. Now I was starting to get frustrated so I started researching. There was no research to be found anywhere on the subject. After spending 3 hours trying to solve the issue of the mysterious "driver error" that windows keeps making me aware of every time I try something different, I have decided these headphones are absolutely not worth the trouble they have caused me. I could already have watched my copy of Rogue One and been an hour into Mass Effect right now but nope, finishing off my night with a review on a terrible product.

Straight out of the box these pop and crackled. I plugged them in and let windows install generics- as it does. Immediately the crackling started. So I installed corsairs software/drivers for them. This didn't fix the issue. Sometimes restarting the computer will fix it for a while and sometimes it doesn't fix it. Contacted Corsair support with this and they just said to uninstall the corsair drivers and let windows install generic drivers. I just closed the ticket. If that's the support they are going to offer- No thanks. Save yourself some money and buy a box of rice krispies. It'll sound about the same.

Great headset until it stopped working after 2 months and of course Best Buy would not process an exchange.

Broken twice within 50 hours of use, and Corsair will NOT replace. Serious Hardware Problems.
