I would give this headset 0 stars if possible. The only redeeming quality is the audio experience- top notch. But the microphone is defective. I bought brand new a year ago and it became defective soon after, but I had to do a RMA through Corsair since its defectiveness was AFTER the Best Buy Return Period. I just received a brand new headset from Corsair today and the microphone was defective right out of the box. Now, I can't get a refund since I didn't purchase it from Corsair directly and I may not even be able to get a different model headset on a new RMA. Don't buy Corsair Headsets. Period. I'd recommend the Hyper X Cloud Stinger Core Wired Headset $20-$40, but the mic works. Audio isn't top notch, but it's functional.

Did not even last a year! I should’ve bought warranty for this! I thought Corsair would last longer. Not happy at all.

Pretty good, but the cushion mterials start to flake after a few months. The wire can tend to fray too.

My Grandson asked for this for Christmas, so was glad when I found it. I tried the Honolulu store first and they didn't have it, so was glad that the Aiea store still had it.

Pretty good, has some static and not sure why. Overall I like this headset a lot. Love the movable mic.

Bad mic quality. Every Corsair headset I’ve bought has subpar voice quality and they’re expensive so it’s kind of whack.

They are awesome. Great investment!!! My daughter loves them. Work extremely well with her gaming system. Much better than some of the other brands purchased previously.

After 10 months they stopped charging! Have to keep them plugged in to use! Work great otherwise.

This Corsair headset is great got it for my lady and she absolutely loves it and it matches everything and Corsair icue software is pretty user friendly

Battery life is like 5 hours if used consistantly, the microphone keeps switching on and off no matter which position it's placed, so you would hear "mic on, mic off" like every 30 seconds while gaming. It also getting loose after being weared for like 20 days. I bought 3 pricy wireless products from Corsair and idk how they blew them all, none is usuale, this brand is a joke.

Sound quality is ok, but i can't wear them for a long time. It's uncomfortable after 30 minutes of usage, look elsewhere.

Great Headset! Gotta be careful with the connector. It breaks easy and then won't allow you to charge it.

The headphones are great for gaming and look even better but the battery dies very quickly that is my only problem with these.

For some reason every Corsair void elite that I've had I get complaints that nobody can hear me even after changing all my settings boosting microphone etc. I purchase this one thinking that it would resolve an issue but apparently there are issues with these microphones.

Absolutely love this headset, I use it with my PS4. It works incredibly well, and I highly recommend buying. Downside: You won’t get surround sound using PS4.

Sound was ok but the fit was loose and floppy. Returned for HyperX

If you want a headset that doesnt hold a charge and DIES with 4-6 hours of usage after 6-ish months get this garbage. The charging port starts to break after 6 months of usage with charging once or twice a day or MAYBE EVEN 3 TIMES A DAY because the battery does want to hold or change anymore. I am on my second headset and the same issue started around 3 months ago but now it doesn't even hold a charge. The headset looks nice and the sound quality is pretty decent but the battery for this wireless headset is worthless and the range is not much better. I cannot even walk 20-30 feet away WITH NOTHING INBETWEEN without it cutting out. My disappointment is immeasurable and my dayoff is ruined. Now I get to go into bestbuy and get a new headset. My headset refuses to charge anymore. Worthless.

Good item, a little expensive, but good. My son know about this items more than me and he selected this one. Few month later he still use it.

This thing is a beast. I only had one issue with it though, the mic won't work on my ps4.
