Had them for 8 months now. Sound is amazing. But the internal battery has developed a "memory" and will only last about 8 hours. Used to last for almost 2 days. Still, they're comfy and the mic is really clear for gaming.

I picked this headset up during a sale and without any doubt this is the best headset I have owned. It is extremely comfortable (I also wear glasses and it does not interfere) and you will hardly realize you have them on. I will say that if I tilt my head back far enough they will slip off however. The sound quality is fantastic and the software that Corsair provides is fantastic for setting things up. the volume wheel is in a decent position and is super convenient. The sound is extremely clear and full. I have only used the mic a few times due to having a separate mic set up but with the little I used, people have said I sounded great. The battery life is solid and I can easily get a good weeks use out of it after using it everyday in excess of 4+ hours per day. The provided charging cord is a bit short for charging and using the headset but this depends on the person's set up and can also easily be fixed by picking up a USB extender or just a longer USB to microUSB cable. Overall fantastic headset that I cannot recommend enough.

Everything worked as it stated however, I could not get record audio to increase enough for decent phone calls. Even with it turned all the way to 100% it was still too low to be used on a phone call.

I bought this headset because I usually like Corsair products. That is not the case with this headset. It sounded like I was always in a hallway or a tunnel. 10/10 don't buy.

I did ha e a problem trying to update the firmware. I ended up getting a different model that was better for multiple platforms instead of a primary PC headset.

I can not get the thing to work. The download for a manual does not produce a manual to help me out. The booklet with the headset is TOO brief to be of any value..

Could not get these to set up right. No sound tried everything I could think of. I returned them and got a wired set that worked as soon as I plugged them in.

I didn't receive the wireless dongle with my order. I went through Corsair to have them send me the wireless dongle but then realized the headphones wouldn't actually charge up. Never got to use them--which is a shame because they felt nice, looked cool and I got them on clearance. This model is no longer available so I need to find a new brand/type online.

This product is good for the quality but the software on the computer is terrible, It so hard to recognize the headset and so hard upgrade the Firmware.

The sound quality on this headset is nice, but it just isn't reliable. The battery died after the warranty was up and even with a new battery the headset won't charge properly, probably because the charge port has gone bad. If you can't rely on it, what good is it?

I had trouble getting and keeping the software working with the headset. Finally returned and replaced with another brand.

The set looks great and is sturdy but it has connectivity problems even at very short range. Do not buy

I was looking for a headset that would feel light, comfortable with good sound. The shape / design they chose for the earpads are amazing cause our ears are definitely not round. Great job corsair! The sound is not audiophile quality but is definitely acceptable / good. The bass might not be as full sounding as the astro a50's but this headset is like more balanced as far as audio goes. The battery definitely last a long time and you can customize the lights, update and change settings on the headset through their software on their website. The only reason I returned this headset was for the mic. The point in a headset is to be able to talk and game at the same time. I have done voice recorders on windows, teamspeak and I am hardly audible. Even with 100% mic level. In order to be heard, you have to push the mic towards your mouth and speak into it. Hopefully corsair can also fix this noticeable hum / hiss and fix the gain on the mic with a firmware update unless my headset was defective. I'll be watching for updates and further reviews to see if anyone experiences the same thing. For the mean time I would recommend it for gaming, music but not for voice communication yet.
