Basic inexpensive wall phone. The ringtone is bell like, I did not especially like it so turned it off (easy to do with a slider switch on the side of the phone that sets the ring loudness). We already had several other phones in the house so we already get a lot of sound when there is in incoming call and did not need another phone simultaneously ringing with a different sound. The sound is reminiscent of older rotary phones and others may like this more vintage ring tone--my issue was that it clashed somewhat with my cordless phones. No issues with functionality--works well and would recommend the phone to anyone looking for an inexpensive basic phone. No caller ID or other advanced features, just a good basic phone--and why 4 stars instead of 5.

I needed a real phone, one that worked well, clear sound. This phone works perfectly, now I want more. The only drawback is that it is for a wall jack only, the phone doesn't have a side jack in which to hook it up anywhere unless it has a dedicated wall jack.

Needed a simple phone for aging parent with no button to push to answer. This phone is perfect and the retro look it kinda cool !

My Dad is 89 and has dementia so we try really hard not to make changes in his life that affect his ability to continue to live alone. He had a wall phone for several years and it was apparently hit by lightning resulting in severe static when the receiver was first picked up. I searched the internet to find a phone that was a close to the same as possible. Thank goodness I found this one. Even has volume control for both the ringer and the handset.

I bought this for my parents when their old phone kept disconnecting. Dad doesn’t want anything fancy so this phone is perfect...plus it’s kind of “ old school” looking, which they and I really love. I’m not super savvy with tech or installing things and it literally took me less than a minute to hang it on the wall. It can also be used freestanding. Big thumbs up!

I have been looking for a phone like this for my kitchen. Works well although the ringer could be louder. Other than that, it works well.

This is the perfect phone to be mounted to a wall in my kitchen. It does not take up much room. The phone receiver stays mounted without issue as the wall mounted phone cradles the receiver. I can adjust the volume and the coil of the phone is sufficient for me to walk around while I work in the kitchen and take a call simultaneously.

Who uses wall phones? Well my mother-in-law does and when hers broke she needed a replacement. I ordered this online and it arrived quickly. I had absolutely no problem replacing the broken phone with this one. You do need to have all mounts to use this. Call quality is good, the ringer can be set loud, and calls are easy to make. Good reasonably priced phone.

Needed a new wall phone. Bought this one. All the scatchiness in our connection is now gone. Seems to work fine and it fits right where we need it.

Color Match. Works Great, Clear voice with volume control. A good choice.

I’m not a fan of the male end that not detachable. But out side of that it a useful phone.

A very reliable phone that I was looking for and it was easy to install!

It looks just like our old wall phone, and it works for us. The sound isn't quite as good, but it's fine.

except I will have to purchase a longer coiled cord and I would like to be able to adjust the ringer louder.

I needed a wall phone that did not have to be plugged into electricity. This works perfectly. It firmly attaches to the wall. The receiver does not fall off the hook after it is hung up. It has a volume control for loudness of the ring and the loudness of the receiver. It does have an odd ring. It's unusual, but you can hear it.

Ringer would not ring loud enough to hear it even when turned on the highest level. Had to return it and order another one, hopefully next one will be okay. Could have been damaged in transit but package did not show any damage.

It replaces a similar phone that was no longer functioning properly and is what we expected

I found the product to be of cheap material. The ring of the phone is not that loud and not only do I have problems hearing people, they have problems hearing me. Poor overall product from AT&T which is disappointing.

My kitchen phone died, and I got this one for a replacement. Nice ring, and it was simple to install. It is pretty much plug and play. No extra bells and whistles but if all you want is a basic, dependable phone...this is it. Recommended.

Very much like the mini phone I purchased last month.
