replaced the first one which barely rang with one that was almost as bad. Kept the second.returned the first.

to big bulky, if you want something more slimeline, this is not the phone to get.

I needed a wall phone for my kitchen and it reminded me of the one that we had as a child. I was expecting it to be durable and loud but if you aren't in the room when it rings you can't hear it.
