    Exactly what I needed at a good price. It is a little heavier than I would have liked (2.4lbs empty). Looks good. I've read reviews sayin that the lid leaks. Yes, it does if you upend the kettle completely.

    Stainless steel construction inside, and top cover. The only negative is the top part seems very light and flimsy considering the opening mechanism is probably very simple and thin.

    Water gets hot in an appropriate amount of time (reason for 2 stars) but when you pour the water, it comes out around the lid as well as the spout. Water gets everywhere! I hate it. I would not recommend
