Need additional tools to install

So far this unit's been good we installed two in our house to get out of the window units that we had hanging out of our windows so it was a nice replacement to get our windows back so far it keeps my big bedroom cool and I have had to use the heater portion a couple times and it warmed up quickly. This is a good little wall unit, but definitely took my husband a few trips and additional purchases to get the compressor vacuumed and other mechanical stuff to get it installed correctly he did it himself, but he had to make additional purchases for tools so just be aware that it's not just right out of the box installation. Do your research of everything you'll need to install yourself you're able to do it. You just need the extra tools.
