I I'm impressed with the sturdiness of this steam cleaner. Even that the water tank doesn't seem to be that large I was impressed with the runtime I got with them with the cleaner. Comes with a nice accessory kit I do like being able to steam clean and get a very nice clean without having to use chemicals. The length of the cord and maneuverability has been extremely nice. I would recommend this item especially if it if you are new to steam cleaning.

its a process to get this active and operational. I dont like that I need to use two hands to turn the steam on and off. The button shown in the picture is not the only one to operate.
However, the steam does come out fine and with pressure. I could clean my kitchen much better wthout chemicals. It could not clean the grouts to a shiny level but small operations like mop and dedicated points work fine.
I would recommend this to a friend

It did not work straight out the box. Returned back to BestBuy. They made me wait for them to rebox item before they gave me my credit for product. Not cool for the customer.
