Item shipped is completely different than item advertised and says its from golpus corp on the box. It does not have the screws on the base to tighten nor is the instructions even close to the instructions on the bestbuy site. The pieces supplied do match up and this is a huge waste of time to pack back up and take back to a store. Seems like a bait and switch. Not sure why a “costway” umbrella is heing advertised online and an unbranded unmarked umbrella with horrible directions and no company name is sent. Spent 20 min just trying to search online for a manual or directions or even a site who owns this umbrella by the model number sent… NONE exist. Taking it back. Waste of my time ordering, unpacking, repacking and trying to taje bavk to a store. Hours of time wasted for illegitimate advertising! Bestbuy you can do better!!!
