Very disappointed with this purchase. The bike arrived with a clear mechanical issue — the pedals are extremely tight to rotate, and this appears to be a crank/pedal configuration defect, not a minor adjustment like chain tension. The rear wheel spins smoothly, but the bike is not usable in its current condition.
I contacted the seller to report the issue and request support, but received no response. This lack of customer service is unacceptable, especially for a product that arrived defective.
I expected a properly assembled and quality-checked product. At this point, I am seeking a refund or replacement. Buyers should be cautious, as you may have to deal with defects and no support.
