Powerful and versatile takes a little time initially to build up pressure but once its built it works amazing!!

Pressure washer was shipped and received within 2 days of placing the order. Like other customers stated, the hose will not stay connected the gun once you go to use it. I worked with their customer service for around 2 weeks trying to get a new gun/sprayer. I had to send multiple emails, pics and videos of the issue and 8 total phone calls to get the issue resolved. The part I needed was out of stock and they eventually sent me a new pressure washer and let me keep the old one as well. The customer service rep that I worked with was very nice and did all he could to resolve the issue; I give Ron with Costway a 5-star rating! It was just a huge hassle just to get a $10 replacement part for a $100 pressure washer.
