It doesn't hold the amount of ice I was hoping for. It's also very loud and puts off a lot of heat. It's almost what I wanted but it's just not quite it. Also if you want to use it get the jugs or it will always be out of water and you will make a mess overfilling it because there is no way to tell when it is full...

Don't buy this. It only works for a few months and then stops working. Also, if you have a Totaltec protection plan from Best Buy and think Best Buy will repair it, that won't be the case, because Best Buy excluded this product from its annual protection plan.

DO NOT BUY THIS! Buyer beware! Literally stopped working on the 15th day of use, so I couldn't take it back to the store. Then I made the mistake of not checking on the manufacturer's warranty and it is only 90 days. So now I am out of $300 dollars. Bummer! This thing is no good! Save yourself the headache! If I could give it zero stars I would!
