    I am impressed with how efficient the removal og humidity works. Several gallons of watwr removed from closed and bath!

    Quiet and works well as advertised, but wish I had gotten one with a higher dehydration rate. The light on the front is too big and kinda annoying. Nothing lights up the buttons, so it's hard to see them in dim light.

    Pro: Easy to install and easy to use Con: The plastic tubing to dispose the water is on the short side and the connection to the outlet is as tight as I'd like. I had to add a clip to tighten it.

    It is small than we expected. Also, the tank does not collect much water. You might consider getting a bigger one.

    The unit arrived quickly. Waited the mandatory time after unpacking. The unit powered on, but the buttons on the control panel did not work, and the unit would not power off. Customer service asked me to send a video of the problem. After their engineers in China reviewed the video, they offered to send me a replacement board (in 30 days), have me replace the board using a video for directions, and offered me a $15 payment. I said I would prefer a replacement unit. The replacement unit arrived quickly. Waited the mandatory time after unpacking. Unfortunately, the replacement unit was worse than the first unit. It would not power on, and none of the buttons worked. Customer service again asked for a video of the problem. After their engineers reviewed the video, they sent me a link to a repair video, and asked if I would change the part, (again after it arrived in 30 days). I said no, I would like a refund. Customer service sent a free return shipping label and issued a full refund after they received the defective unit. 1 star for the dehumidifier quality, and 5 stars for customer service!

    I love this dehumidifier, it’s quite small but it’s have been keeping my basement dry. Shipping was fast. I give two thumbs up
