It’s everything as advertised as far as the ice it produces, but describing it as loud won’t prepare you. From the beginning it made a buzzing sound that I would call annoying. A little over a month in the sounds the grinding and thud sounds it makes is louder than anything else in my house.

This ice maker drips from the dispensing spout constantly!! The drip tray fills up quickly and then water runs all over my counter. I have to clean it up every hour. I have reached out to Best Buy and Costway, they were no help. Costway offered me 60 dollars, and I could keep the defective unit. Everyone notice in the specs section that it is supposed to be covered by a 1 year warranty. I purchased mine on June 19, 2025 and received on June 23, 2025. So...about 6 weeks later...and neither Costway nor BestBuy are willing to stand behind their product!! So...Buyers Beware!! You have been warned!!

I love this ice maker! People complain about it being loud - it is when it ia running but it doesnt run all the time. The dispenser is awesome. No grubby hands on the ice scoop. And the nugget ice, of course, my favorite part

The ice that this machine makes is amazing, but it constantly sounds like a jet is taking off in my pantry.

This is hands down the coolest ice maker to date. The ice is absolutely perfect, the machine isnt loud , it makes ice within 10 minutes! The handle makes it 1000x better than scooping your ice from a regular machine. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE!!! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.
