This is a GREAT piano and a beautiful piece of furniture. The instructions were a bit confusing, but Costway's customer service responded promptly and my issue was quickly resolved. My error - not theirs.

Grandaughter loves it. I’m very happy with sound. The quality and it’s the perfect size for limited space. Full size piano experience in compact size.
