I purchased the item with a gift card they sent. The item was gonna be delivered and the beginning of December. Apparently it was delivered earlier in my time I got home. Nothing is on my porch. They’re not doing nothing to help to make sure when you buy from Best Buy is not a third-party.

Comfy chair tbh, I be falling asleep when playing the game since I be reclined on it after work.

Not happy with this chair I purchased as a Christmas gift for my son. The foot rest loosens and falls off evey ither day, the arms are loose and need to be tightened often. The threads on the holes on back of the chair where the seat and back connect are misaligned, one bolt i could not get threaded so only 3 of the 4 holes have bolts. Also the wheels are some of the cheapest/low quality I have ever seen.

Excellent quality and recline/foot stool is great. Took about 15-20 minutes to assemble. Very heavy.

Great gaming/desk chair. Our son is a big boy and this chair fits our needs.

I wish that u could give it a zero star rating based on the customer service experience alone. The chair never arrived and the shipper wouldn’t reship because they were afraid the next one would also get lost/ damaged in transit by Amazon shipping. Needless to say I would not attempt to purchase from this company again.
