It’s really good with 100% recommend comfortable, easy to build

Personal experience as a person who sits after work to play video games this chair does exactly what I want it to comfortable, affordable and easy to put together

I bought this chair based on reviews and the description, I had it about 2 weeks and was not happy with it. The chair sits really low, the foot rest is really short. Its comfortable but not for me. I'm about average height 5' 11' but I am heavy, 270lbs, (important for later). I tried to return it, was told the company would contact me for the return, nothing, contacted Best Buy store in Roseville, Ca was told I would be contacted, again nothing. It took so long i gave up and decided to make the best of it. Next about a month ago I noticed that the seat would sink, like the air was leaking out of the cylinder, first its was a slow leak and I'd have to pop it back up every couple of days, now I can literally feel it drop after a few minutes, one of the selling points is this chair is supposed to support 300 plus pounds, obviously not. If you're a teen or smaller than me this might be a good fit, like I said, its comfortable but not build for some one tall or heavy.

Bought for my husband. Helped him put it together. Only argued like 3 times, so it was not that hard to put together. Also super comfy.

I purchased this chair in January of '25 for my 13 year old, here we are not even in October and the gas lift cylinder has completely stopped working. I have yet to find a replacement, and the thought of spending more money on this chair more than frustrating.
