It’s not very comfortable but it’s not awful. I think it was worth the price I paid, but I would not have been satisfied if I paid full price

It took more than a week for the item to be delivered and the item was defective (one of the legs was missing in the product shipped). I was hoping that I call and just get replacement for the missing leg. I was told it cannot be done and I need to order a replacement of whole sofa. I did that, but 1 week later, the replacement ordered was cancelled and I didn't receive any notification. When I called to enquire, I was told it was a software issue and they can't do anything to get replacement. It has been more than 10 days since I returned this item and I still haven't received the refund. Overall very bad experience, I neither have sofa or the money I used to pay for it almost a month after I ordered it.
