item came as described on problem is that we didn't receive the proper screws for the bottom part of the mouth so the tv is properly mounted to the stand. other than that its a great mount for the bedroom

Very easy set up and amazing quality. Additionally, the customer service at Best Buy was great when I went in to pick out the perfect tv stand for what my needs were and budget was.
