Good cart. Bad front wheels

Strong, well built cart. The main issue is the swivel wheels in the front of the cart. They continuously get wedged and will not roll with our adjusting them.
My wife refuses to use it because of this wheel issue. If you can get past the frustration of fixing the wheels all the time it is not the worst cart.
