Lightweight. I expected to be heavier so it would be difficult to carry n move around, but not all!! Does great massages! Easy to operate n good quality

Weaker massage than our old unit and heat doesn’t

I bought this because it had heat besides massage. It turns out this massage is much weaker than our old foot massager that stopped working. It was old but much stronger shiatsu massage. I’ll have to try to return it because the heat, reason why I chose this massager, doesn’t even work in addition to having a very low strength foot massage.
