    Purchased this product just over 2 months ago. We have used it 28 times since we received it on 09/04/2024. Today while my wife was using it I started hearing a loud clunking sound coming from the Cycle. I want to the basement where we have it placed and had my wife get off the cycle so I could look at it. I the clunky sound was coming from the pedal area behind the pedal guard. I removed the guard and could not access anything beyond that point. I believe the bearings on the pedals themselves could be the issue but can not access them. also notice the belt itself is already shedding rubber as there was rubber shavings inside the pedal Cover itself. I can’t return the item we threw the packaging and box away rafter I assembled the cycle. I would tell anyone who is searching for a decent indoor cycle Do Not Purchase this cycle. It seems we got a piece of garbage on our hands and will not buy our next cycle from BEST BUY.

    The seat feels a little uncomfortable. It does make squeaky sound after couple times being used.
