    While product is very nice, comfortable, & very easy to assemble, 1 stool has a bad hydraulic pump. I contacted Costway.com US site. They transferred me to a company called Just Answer to see if it could be handled right now. They said it would be a $5 charge but refunded. After text chat, it was determined that the 1 stool has a bad hydraulic and should be replaced. Best Buy said to contact Costway and I'm waiting to hear from them. At this point, my complaint is not with Costway since they haven't responded. If you purchase these bar stools and have a problem, DO NOT USE THE JUST ANSWER option. My credit card was charged the $5 but that is to join their membership. Said membership is $48 a month. My credit card questioned this charge and I refused it. I received an email from Just Answer acknowledging that I didn't want the membership, it was canceled, and no FURTHER charges would occur. At this point I am disputing the $48 charge they do not want to refund. Buy the Bar Stools but if you have a problem, DO NOT use Just Answer. Again, working product was great and I'll let you know about their customer service.

    Got them on sale For 90 doll hairs so i cant complain about nothing. Arrived very quickly as well
