Very easy install Very easy to work Cool off the entire room really fast to

Just received the product today. 1. Delivery was fast; however, the box was dented. The product was fine due to the packaging. 2. External Packaging was good as it protected the product, but it wasn't easy to unbox the product. Easy to hook up, right now, make room very comfortable. The sunroom and the Living room were quite warm, but within 15 minutes, the nephews complained they were cold. Will purchase a second unit for the office and wait to leave feedback after a month.

First AC Unit I've ever brought. Keeps whatever room I want cool and the wheels and handles help me move it from my bedroom to the living room. Only peeves are wishing this thing came with it's own drain hose. Exhaust adapter was barely fit in the window, even though it says it fits 26.5. My window is 28'. Overall though it really is a great buy if you're having a hard time deciding. I'm going to buy a smaller unit from this brand to fit in our room!

I was curious to get it as it had a few reviews compared to others. At the time of this review the portable ac cost about 239.99 instead of 450. Given its specs and the price, I decided to get it. The ac was packaged very securely. No dents or damage. The unit cools fast and is very responsive with the remote. It has three features. Cool, fan, or dry. All are useful. So far, the only issue i could think of as of now (7/7/25) is that its a bit loud. Not crazy loud but if youre used to being in a quiet space, this might not be it, but otherwise, this unit does what it was built for. Im satisfied for now. If anything comes up within a month from now, ill update this review.

We bought 2 of them. They barely cool a 14x12 room. Very disappointing. Of course we didn’t have a hot day until AFTER the return period so we are stuck with them.

Don’t work how I wanted it. Took longer to arrive than it was promised. Was suppose to arrive a week ago.

I hesitated to buy costway products based on the reviews but I've now purchased this AC and 2 dehumidifiers and everything is working just fine so far. Seems like good value for the price. I'm about to buy another AC too.
