Use in living room keeps apartment cool in the summer

I have only used the heat so far, but it works well. On 18 degree days my garage has been pretty warm. It doesn't take too long to warm up, and the wheels and swing function help maintain the temperature.

This is my second one. Not because I have two but because the first one made a screaming sound. My poor dog almost had a nervous breakdown. I returned that one and bought a new one and the second one is great. I haven't used the heater but I use the swamp cooler function every day. It works great, especially when I'm working in a small area and want a cool breeze right on me. It's not crazy strong but we definitely notice the difference when it's in the hall. This one is quiet except when the water runs low...then it beeps...and beeps. So if it runs out while you're sleeping, that's not good. But, overall, no complaints. Cools things down and works well, easy to fill, easy to move around and very quiet.

Good value! Puts out heat, but does feel somewhat cheap. You get what you pay for, but it gets the job done.

I really like this portable unit because it’s very versatile. I use it not only as an air cooler and fan during warmer days, but also as a heater, and it works surprisingly well for small to medium-sized rooms. It heats up the space quickly and makes the room comfortable, especially during colder mornings and nights. The cooling function is also helpful, and the humidifier feature adds moisture to the air, which is great when it gets too dry. I like that it’s easy to move around, and the remote control makes it very convenient to use without getting up.

this is a good little unit. The output isn't super strong but it works. it's much colder if you add ice or the ice packs it comes with.

The heater part of it works great. Very pleased with it. Havent tried the cooling side of it but im pretty sure its going to work as good.

the on nd off switch has broken on me the one in the back no idea why i hardly used the thing

So far it's been a lifesaver pre menopause asthma sleep apnea its perfect for all the changes I go through without making others uncomfortable.

DO NOT PURCHASE THIS FOR HEAT! It's horrible, the settings don't work correctly and it doesn't heat up a small space. The return process was difficult but was FINALLY able to ship it and get it out of my house. Just don't even buy this, it's a waste of time

Doesnt work well for me. The door keeps flying open when the machine is off and it keeps blowing cold air, doesnt get hot all the time when its on heat. I wasnt pleased

Product comes defective and company doesnt offer a replacement. Instead makes you try and fix it yourself. Customer support is no use.

It ran well for a month after that it started making weird spund and stopped heating
