The first couple of sets of cubes are watery. After that, they are nice. The only real downfall I've noticed is it doesn't push the cubes over to the bucket very well. Often times they get stuck and you have to do it manually. Other than that, its awesome.

Dont Buy!! Work good for 20 days. Then quit working. The company guarantees it for 30 days. I called them and all they did was try to get me to fix it myself. Typical Dishonorable Chineese company. It had a bad pump. I had to trash it. Dont support this wicked Company. Bad product. Bad or no customer service.

You could tell this was a return from someone else by the way it was pack they never even took the time to fix the unit before shipping it out again.

The product worked well for a couple of weeks. It stopped producing ice, but would still run a cycle like it was. Tried to have it replaced or repair through the warranty with best buy. Was informed that it was sold through a third-party and wasn't coverd. Ended up in the closet until i can figure out how to fix it myself.
