Do not buy 3rd party items on Bestbuy website

Came missing pieces, pre-used the metal came scratched up like someone had already put it together. You can not contact the seller to get replacement parts and Bestbuy refuses to take returns even after calling Bestbuy they said just bring it back into store they will refund it (which their website also says you can return any item purchased online in store), So I brought it in and they would help at all in store to refund it or any help, so wasting time and gas is so much fun even after Bestbuy rep said that it wasnt a problem to bring a 70LB giant box in store for a refund. This item is way to much hassle to purchase from a horrible 3rd party seller that Bestbuy doesnt support.
