    Best Buy honors their net growth over customers...

    Best Buy refuses to have item picked back up "as in" in built state. Nobody expects to have a second defective item delivered only, to be told they (according to Best Buy's policy) must return the item "DISASSEMBLED" and placed back in the original box. Best Buy does not offer any services for their online shoppers to, have items picked up by a local store to be shipped back to their irresponsible vendors. Best Buy refuses to cooperate and make a fair deal. There is none. Best Buy clearly is relying on market gain quotas and, could care less about customer satisfaction and customer demands. Clearly, Best Buy is not a "CONSUMER ORIENTED RETAILER". From this point on, I am no longer doing business with Best Buy, never again! I will (moving forward), only do business with Micro Center, Amazon and Newegg.com (their competitors). Sorry but, this isn't going to fly. I have already stated "multiple times" to customer service, that I want results, my way! Customer service insists that I follow Best Buy policy and do as I am told but then, customer service promises "in the future, we will make things right for our customers." I told them, "The future is, now!" If they can not honor my request, then it's going to the curb. So, this poorly packaged item goes to the curb. Scalpers can have it. I have already told them that several times, if they can not honor their customer's needs then it goes to the curb. They did not tell me I couldn't do that, They did not tell me I couldn't throw it away. They did not tell me that if I do that I will be charged for damages or loss. SO, that I am doing! :)
