I just received this tonight and I'm very disappointed. The box was taped in such a way that it did not appear to be from the factory it was made. I did not purchase an open box item but this clearly had been opened and the lid with the mirror is missing completely along with any hardware to connect it. I will be returning this but I am not sure if I am going to exchange it for a new one, not entirely sure I trust it at this point.
