This case is made for the Fire HD8, and it fits and functions perfectly. Great looking case with a strong magnet in the cover to turn the tablet on, or put it to sleep when closed........The cover doubles as a great stand, that securely props the tablet in the portrait or landscape position.

Well made and an exact fit for the HD8 tablet. Flip top activates the device when you open it and turns it off when you close it. The folding top becomes the stand and it works well in both positions. I have spilled coffee on the case and it cleaned up without leaving a stain. I would buy this one again.

It adds some weight to the kindle, making it uncomfy to hold for long periods. But it is sturdy, I drop my kindle way more than I should and haven't had any damage

This case is made pretty sturdy. It will protect your tablet nicely and has a stand built in so it can be handy depending on what your using it for. I wanted the yellow or blue color, but so did everyone else! Red was the only color in stock so that's what I picked. At least you can't lose it under a pile of junk mail on your kitchen table! The color will help you find it!

Bought this at the same time we bought the tablet. Nice color and good quality. The flap folds to stand it up while watching a movie. It's sturdy, but still thin so the whole tablet easily fits right into her purse or an outer zipper compartment on your carry-on luggage.
