Crash Team Racing is one of the best non Mario Kart kart racing games to be released ever and this game is a complete remake of the original back on the Playstation 1. So, how is this remake? Excellent. It remains a super high quality racer that's well worth picking up and trying for the first time or returning to with all new visuals. For the Switch port in specific, it loses some graphical fidelity from other platforms but it remains largely the same from a visual and performance standpoint minus the resolution and a few small graphical features. This means, the Switch port is excellent and well worth checking out Nintendo Switch is your platform of choice and/or if you want to play the game on the go. This game is great regardless of the platform you want to get it on. I can't recommend it more!

gotta go fast with crash, but try not to....crash! this is a classic, but has tough competition with mario kart and sonic racing.

Beenox has knocked it out of the park with crash team racing nitro fueled. Over 40 tracks, 50+ characters, dedicated multiplayer, skins, karts galore, a campaign, and even more. So worth the 40$ in every aspect

if you want something new, a racing game or just to add to your collection or whatever the reason may be...this game is good for anybody that likes racing games, the controls take some getting uset to but its a great game regardless

Lots of complicated racing and tricks to learn. If you like the Mario Kart series then this is very similar but can be a bit more difficult at times.

A great challenging cart racing game. Add the original game and nitro cart together and updates them really well. Load times are a bit long on switch unfortunately.

The game is awesome. It would be nice to be able to play online multiplayer with more than one person. The loading time between games or screens is also pretty long, but not too big of a deal. Great and fun game overall, and brings back great playstation 1 memories

Very nostalgic! I can’t tell if it’s more difficult or just misremembering.. it seems to be a common thing players are mentioning. Still, I highly recommend for the fun technicality of it all.

The remaster looks fantastic for this game! All the classic characters and tracks from the previous titles are there! A must own for fans of the series!

FINALLY I always wanted to play Crash Bandicoot games and this is my first one!! Crash Team Racing is an AWESOME video game!!!

This is a fun game, definitely not on the easy side. a less popular, however still amazing roster. Fun courses and rides to customize. this is a fun game and I would recommend.

Perfect game for the switch. Crash racing is fast paced and packs plenty of content. Game runs perfect at 30fps on the switch. Worth it for returning or new crash players.

I remember playing this on the PS1 so I had to buy it for the Switch. I really enjoy playing this game. The levels and characters are great. It is not easy as the original but maybe I just have to play it more. Does seem to take a long time to load.

They added more than I expected for this - more characters, tracks, etc. Good bit of nostalgia - looks amazing compared to the dark TV I used to play on.

Ok so i did 5 star even though i said "almost 2 pefect" ..... reason being is cause back in the ps1 days that almost made the game what it is too me personally if that makes sense. The game is super polished, very smooth, and satisfying to play. Worth a play and has that same challanging aspect to it all from all those years ago

Such a blast from the past! Had a ton of fun introducing this game to my son (5). It’s easy to pick up to play and lots of unlocks to chase.

This is a great game with the classic Crash characters! My 12 year old son loves it and I like it too because of the nostalgic feel.

Compared to Mario Kart 8, CTR uses fun loving characters from the Crash Bandicoot universe and fuses them with similar kart mechanics and controls from Mario Kart. In the end, you have a thrilling Kart Racing experience that has the user fighting over the power up crates that will help gain the advantage against other kart racers. One thing to note, CTR has adopted the battle pass model as there are micro transactions hidden, which is a shame. Regardless, buy with confidence that you will enjoy your time with CTR Kart racing.

This was always one of my favorite games as a kid. I love anything Crash! I still love these games today! I’m so glad they came out on the Nintendo Seitch for my younger child to enjoy as much as I did.
