By far the best 3D printer I've ever had.. very enjoyable experience

First printer I’ve had. Ran great out of the box. Only one failed print and it was a slicer mistake

At first i would have given this a five-star review. I'm a new user and expected a learning curve with my prints. But with 7 accumulated days of printing my machine had Bowden tube issues, where it would come out of the extruder and fill my printer bed with filament. with a little research i determined this was a common problem. i got horrible after sales help from creality customer service. i needed a 20$ part and i got the runaround. Thankfully Best Buy solved the problem and ordered a totally new machine for me. Thank You Best buy, you are the best!

It is a great 3D printer. My daughter said it is very user friendly.

Love it. Extra large printer bed. Up to 16 colors. Prints are detailed and amazing.

A lot of reviews about broken upon arrival printers and issues with that, but mine came in perfect condition. It is HEAVY so I recommend getting help unpacking it (I did it alone, but it’d be better with a friend)

Works out of the box with very little assembly. No tuning needed!

Was a bit of a struggle at first bit now its printing like a beast. Huge printing area compared to my K1 Max

This printer has been impressive and the build size is awesome

Very little setup. Some of the screws that needed to be removed for setup were really challenging to remove. To much lock tight. But works great so far!

After only 2 months, it started throwing "z1 photoelectric switch not triggered" error. Also had trouble with calibration, but that's more a user issue. Print quality hit expectations. Cfs takes a bit to learn but a lot of fun when it does.

This printer takes out are huge amount of 3D printing frustration. Its a great 3D printer!!!

Best 3d printer ever, very easy to use even for beginners.

I've had nothing but issues with the printer when it works; it's awesome, but with my Bamboo, there is never any issues.

Amazing had to exchange so we got an upgrade. And it works amazingly.

Better than my Bambu. Prints petg-cf as easy as pla. Made for exotics. i got one with the door glue issue and CFS error but Creality answered my email in 2 days.

Do not buy this printer. This printer has been a problem from day one. First, it was missing parts that we had to go back and forth with customer service to get. Then, we had constant failed prints, which wasted mass amounts of filament. Now, a clogged nozzle. I finally had enough and decided we are going to return it, but we can't because Bestbuy has changed their return 30-day return policy to 15 days. What a joke! Horrible product and customer service. Stay away!

Lots of defective parts out of the box. Upon opening the box the rear metal panel was bent, top glass was broken. I figured I would take a chance and just get the replacement parts from the manufacture since, so I continued to set it up. Powered it up and ran the calibration, well that's pretty much all it did. Extruder motor didn't work so I couldn't even print anything. Returned to best buy in less than 24 hrs.
