After just getting it out of the box and hooking things up I am finding a lot of things that are pushing me to thinking that this is a used return. It has a side panel that will not stay glued in place. It is like it is buckled/warped. And the metal rub plate at the poop chute is broken and I just got it hooked up. Also using the single filament on the bracket, the print head will not pull it in consistently. Also the specks of brown on the build plate is the result of the subpar job that this printer is trying to accomplish. This is the only time I have purchased one of my 3D printer outside of the manufacturer or Amazon. I really need to return this.

This machine has been phenomenal since day one. Shipped and was packaged well. Equipped had minimal fault but easy fix. I recommend this product.

prints wonderfully ,no problems yet ^_^ i would recommend you to also buy it with cfs make life much easy

Barely had it a month and had the tool head cable die on me seems to be a know issue with this printer and Creality support was no help took them days to respond. Don’t get me wrong the printer prints great but just spend the extra and get a bambu lab printer

Printer works well enough. Though the side fan on one side doesnt work, the frame is bent from what i assume is a fall and the door was completely off the hinges. Also the z screw was out of the top bracket and it caused the screw to warp and grind through the bracket. Creality s3nt me a new door pretty quickly and reaponded to my after sales issue pretty quickly as well. They did fail to send the proper parts for the z screw problem but hopefully that will be remedied soon and im in the middle of contacting them about the side fan not working. Not even going to bother with the bent frame since the printer still works. I love the printer but the shipping methods are not sufficient for this item. The box was really damaged and im sure the 100 lbs weight of the package is responsible for the difficulty of delivery. If you order one dont hesitate to get a replacement if there is a problem. But be warned the weight of this thing is a huge hinderance with moving it. And remeber the 14 day return window

Creality continues to ship out units that have defective Doors, ordered two and both came with the glass falling off. One off completely other than that amazing printer

I love this machine! This is my first printer close to this size and that supports multicolor. Everything just worked when I connected it and I've been printing almost daily since I got it about a month ago.

Great when it its not broken. When it is running well this machine is a workhorse. I have made so many things with it.

When the printer works it’s good I decided to get this one because I had to unfortunately bring my Bambu in and they don’t repair the printers they only replace and they stopped carrying the x1c constant extruder jams the plate always gets unleveled after a few months of constant break down and replace and other issues I’m returning it for a bambu again when I first got it home the door hinges were unglued I had to glue them back to the hinges myself and then my problem just kept coming from there. I’ve heard many good reviews on this printer unfortunately my experience was constantly bad miss my baby I happy to be getting back to bambu

This device is nice and easy to use. It levels easily and is fast!

This printer has been a workhorse in my prototyping. There have been a hiccup with the software side, but that was user error.

Love it making a lot of different things for everyone

It would have been a 4-star, but it came broken. 0 stars for UPS for breaking 2 of these things one completely beyond repair. A lot of units come with broken legs, so if you want something ready to use out of the box, this device isn't for you. Be prepared to pull all your hair out, drilling into your $1300 3d printer while trying to extract the broken screw. It's a really cool machine. I just wish I didn't have to spend another $100 on tools to fix it.

Printer works great. Glass door on the front came unattached do to shipping. Nothing a little door jig and 2 part epoxy couldn't fix

Purchased one of these in the pre-order group from Creality's website. I have been using it for about a month now with amazing results. The print quality from this printer is identical to my Bambu X1C, I cannot tell them apart. This is true with all types of filament, the K2Plus just works that well. The big difference? the SIZE, this printer allows me to pint full wall sized HueForge pictures without issue due to the 350x350 print bed. I have also had good luck with warranty support. A foot on the printer was broken off in transit. Creality had a new one on the way in 24 hours. I only wish I bought it through Best Buy so that I could use my Total Tech membership warranty in addition to the Creality one. Overall, I have high hopes that this printer will continue working well in the foreseeable future. Everything is metal and feels very well built, with none of the flimsiness that I encountered in some of Crealitys older printers. Pick this one up, you will NOT regret it!
