I have had the machine for a couple of months now and it is great. The only complaint is the water reservoir lid will sometimes drop in if not aligned properly. I would recommend only using genuine Nespresso capsules as I’ve had issues with other brands not dispensing properly and some being plastic and not like the aluminum Nespresso ones. Easy to use and maintain. A little on the noisy side but that can be expected with the pump.

I hesitate to even write this since we've only had this since Christmas. However, I have been disappointed that my Breville did not come with the often pictured cappuccino cup seen on nearly every photo of the machine. Small gripe, I suppose. Otherwise it has worked well, looks clean and smart in the kitchen...is actually a lot smaller than I initially pictured. I have the old original model of Keurig and it is smaller than that. Like that Nespresso will recycle your used pods. Extremely fast, around five seconds from turning it on to making coffee. The machine makes a good cup of coffee but if you fancy yourself a coffee snob, stick to making it yourself or buying from a shop, this will unlikely satisfy your particular, pinky up tastes.

I have been looking at espresso machines and decided on the Nespresso machine. I am so glad I did. This is very easy to use and I love the taste of the coffees. It is a little noisy, but I don't care about that. I still have a lot to learn, but I am enjoying this one cup at a time!

Smart design, easy to use, lots of recipes can be followed with this unit. Great steam wand and easy to clean. I struggled deciding if I wanted a separate frothing unit but made the right choice with this machine having all I need on board.!

Last year’s Black Friday bought a vertuo line Nespresso machine with no milk frothier. Makes great cups of coffee. This Black Friday I wanted to taste the espresso and make my own cappuccinos, lattes, and macchiatos at home. Easy to use and clean.

Great upgrade from your traditional Nespresso machine. This ups the Expresso game but not quite at the “coffee house” level. Got a fantastic price that was only available at the store. Best Buy comes through again.

We love this machine! It has been flawless since day one. I havent been to Starbucks in over a year. Maintenance and operation is easy and quick. I definitely recommend this machine.

The main reason we chose this model is to create our own lattes and cappucinos. The milk foam/froth is perfect, the machine is easy to clean and works well so far. We have been using it 5 times a day everyday for the last few weeks!

This is a great machine, I have had this since December and I think I have only gone to a coffee shop 3 times since. Love being able to make lattes easily at home.

Love it! Make lattes, hot chocolate and espresso shots in a flash. Easy to maintain and clean. Definitely recommend it.

Enjoy the separate ability to just steam milk over the Latissmo machines which only did milk in coffee drinks.
