Began with an old desktop i blew Ubuntu 24.04 on. Ubuntu works, but did not detect the on board sound. After digging around someone suggested a USB soundcard and this was plug and play on Linux. Highly recommend if you find yourself in a similar situation. It also came with a splitter, so if you want to use one laptop and watch a show with a friend, you can use the splitter and each use their own headset.

My computers sound card was acting up. This bypasses the sound card and returns the sound back to normal. Plus it has a lot of addition features for game play. Does what it says it will do.

Perfect for what I needed. I've gotten back into PC gaming recently with my new gaming laptop but my favorite and most comfortable headphones are a nice pair of Sennheisers. The problem with that is that they are too sensitive and I was getting all kinds of random noise and distortion from the regular headphone jack. Looked for an external sound card to use; found this one, and now I'm super happy. No more noise or distortion, really nice sound stage, and I can play for hours with my comfy headphones. Super happy with this purchase!

This was the easiest external sound card to configure, and the sound is great.

I'm running two computers on a single monitor that has two input and switching the rest of the the devices through a USB switch. This has allowed me to have a single set of speakers for both and the sound is as good (or better) as the built in sound ouput devices.

Item was as describe. Easy to set up and easy to connect.

Sound out of computer was getting compromised. Maybe too much feedback in the sound card. Geek squad said the speakers may be going out casuing the degraded sound. I bought some mwe ones, and ended up with the same problem. Advised to try this fix, the sound blaster worked better than expected. It deactivated the computer sound card and uses this instead.

This is the best sound device for the price. Plug and play on demand. I bought it for my gaming PC and am very satisfied.

This dongle adapter has fantastic sound quality, which I expect from a Creative device since the 90s. I bought this so I didn't have to constantly crouch under my desk to plug inbetween my speakers and a headset. Sure, my chassis had an audio input, but it didn't quite agree with Windows 10, This saved me countless effort! Now I can just use the quick selection for Windows 10 sound and switch between my speakers and headset no problem. Very happy!

I like it. I can listen to music from my computer in my garage, basement, outside and anywhere in my house without interruption

It works they should add adapter to make the USB longer

Calledgeek squad for wire i need for a portable sirius xm radio. The person there new just what i needed. He sent a picture of it on line. Was perfect, ordered it went and picked it up and within minutes i was jammin to the radio . Thanks geek squad.

Works right out of the box. Sound card died on the All-In-One, so this was an easy and cheap way to resurrect sound from the machine without having to buy another. No problems with installation, it just started working once it was plugged in.

Works perfectly and was great solution to my sound card blowing up on the laptop. I needed something fast and reliable to continue with my online classes.
