Decent follow-up to the first movie
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The original Creepshow had five stories attached to it while this one has three. One dealing with an Indian statue that comes to life, one dealing with a lake monster (which is nothing more than trash bags glued together with additional special effects), and one dealing with a undead hitchhiker. The first two stories I liked. The lake monster one sounds really corny but they do a great job with the special effects and the deaths of individuals. I didn't know it was a bunch of trash bags until watching a documentary on it. The hitchhiker is the weakest one. I usually turn the movie off or if I'm feeling ready for some torture sit through it.. A woman hits a guy with her car and he keeps coming back and tormenting her as a undead zombie. The catch phrase being "Thanks for the ride, lady!" It's more watchable than Creepshow 3 at least. Creepshow 3 will make you want to get a lobotomy.
