This was my first oversized smart phone and i loved it so muvh i wont and cant do anything smaller than 5 inch display screen.

This phone has very similar specks to the galaxy note 2 or a galaxy mega. Saying that you cant get those phones used for this price. 2 years ago this was the top of the line phone. It is still very usable phone in 2016. The phone is very adequate but exceptional for the price. I have used the phone for 3 days now. Coming from a note 5 that died on me, this phone was much better then expected. For the price this phone cannot be beat. The camera is decent, the screen has some pixilation, but im spoiled and used to 1080p on amoloed screen. If you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars or get stuck in a contract financing a Samsung or apple phone this is really a good deal. Im not sure how well this phone will last since it is my first expierence with alcatel, but best buy does sell a replacement plan for only $15 dollars for 1 year if anything were to happen to your phone. In conclusion this phone cannot be beat at the price point.

Do you really need a phone for kids? This is a great mini computer for my teens. They get wifi everywhere I never even put in the sim cards. The device easily hooked up to wifi and the kids can use any app they like with friends perfectly. Free calls through Facebook, etc. The camera and memory are wonderful for the price this is a deal. If it lasts a year it's worth it. Highly recommend!

If one is used to high-end phones, do not bother. Simple, very easy to use phone. I use it to call, some texts, videos, etc. Just basic stuff and am very happy with it. Durable and well made too. Content with it, simplicity is a plus. I wanted a cheap phone, glad i bought it too. This phone has been great for me. I have never been the type of person that cares about having the latest and greatest stuff, just stuff that works and gets the job done. This phone is it. Huge easy to read screen, amazing battery life, and easy to use. What more could you ask for?

I needed a prepaid smart phone in a pinch when my phone stopped working, and this one fit the bill. It served me well the few weeks that I needed it, and it was easy to activate with various levels of data available. I would definitely recommend it as a prepaid phone. A lot of the apps are Google-based if that is something you use a lot of.

Beautiful screen, easy to use and set up. I popped my Cricket sim card in and within minutes I was using this phone. Response is very fast when flipping through apps or searching the internet. Call quality is excellent, can hear the other person perfectly and they can hear me. The one and only thing I do not care for is the color coding of contacts which flows over into messaging. It was not a deal breaker though I would have liked the option to turn that feature off. All in all, I would most definitely purchase this phone again. Battery life is above average for me because I am a very light gamer, text a lot and surf the web a lot. The price for this phone is fantastic and only Best Buy is the place to purchase a phone. Can't go wrong!

I bought this for my son to be used as a Wi-Fi only phone and it is a really good device. It's got a very large display, with tons of storage for games and photos. The camera takes excellent pictures. Honestly, for the $22 we spent on the phone, we weren't expecting much. What a steal. Ours even went through an entire wash cycle in an industrial washing machine, and it still works! I can't attest to the phone reception aspect of it, since we don't have it set up on a cellular plan, but you can't go wrong with this phone, especially at that price!

Works excellent I really like the screen size. Has alot of storage space for downloading apps.

I was looking for a sturdy and dependable phone great on battery life. Well I've found it in the Alcatel Onetouch Flint. Has 16GB phone memory which you can expand by adding up to 128GB micro SD Card. Phone is Great on battery life. Better than my former iPhone 5. I love the screen size.

A pretty nice smart phone for a much smaller price than the new phones out there. If you just want the basics this is a good buy.

Phone is big, beautiful, functions great, battery is good, just love it..best Phone I have had since my old candy bar phone...and cost efficient compared to other phones this size!

I gave it four stars instead of five because there are sharper screens, but it has never bothered me. I'm only letting you know. The speed, responsiveness, clarity of the screen, and the excellent battery life have been more than adequate.

...when I saw this one, which looks a lot like the one she used to have but no longer works, I just decided to get it! She loves it since it has all the same features (microSD to put music and FM radio) that she used on her previous phone. It is nice that it has the different SIM adapters in case the SIM card is a micro, nano or regular one so it can be used inside the phone. The battery took a while to charge but it will last a long time because of the simplicity of the phone.

good service from Cricket and a great phone. what else can i say? all is good w/ this phone. Big screen and fast.

If your interested for a phone for a child great pick nice size tuff not bad phone if you need a replacement for the low price of 79.99 16 GB memory quad core processor 5.5 inch screen not bad

Fast enough and good battery life. The description says it has 16GB. This is a little misleading because you really only have 11.5. The other part is for the Operating System. You can use a MicroSD card, but you need to be able to do a little bit of searching on how to mount it so Android sees the card and saves to the card. I do not know if this is from Android or Alcatel's implementation of Android. The physical phone, however is fine. I really don't know why you'd want to spend hundreds more, unless you need someone else's ecosystem. I will say it was incompatible with some Samsung products.
