Terrible battery life

Unplugged the phone, was at 41% opened Snapchat and watched the battery percent just drop like flies. Dropped to 23% in less than 5 minutes even after closing the apps.

Great starter phone

This was the perfect solution. It was not on the floor, so the representative went to the back to retrieve it. For $25 it's a great phone if you need a new one or you are going to get a new laptop be with Cricket.

Decent Phone with Some Issues
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: Plenty of memory for apps, great camera, works fast. Cons: Around once a day it will stop working. The screen goes black and I can't get it to wake up or even force a restart; I have to pull the battery and turn it back on. Sometimes it will temporarily lose GPS reception in areas that aren't even in the middle of nowhere. Last night the phone decided to run an android update without my permission (or even notification that it needed one). Since it needed my password to start, the alarm never went off and I was 30 minutes late to work. I've never had this issue with another phone. Finally, there are no phone cases available online for this phone.
