Not the phone I wanted but would like another like my old one samsung

The phone was too slow and the screen was too small for me.

I got this phone for my boyfriend since we're on a budget. This phone does everything he needs it to do since he isn't a phone addict like me. It takes decent pictures. It has the google store for apps and he always has service.

I had galaxy s5 stop working i bought htc 625 this phone is amazing works same as samsung galaxy s5 i will buy another one soon

Works great has great sound and clarity for calls,watching movies and also works great for browsing the web also.

This is a good basic smartphone. It has front and rear cameras with a decent quality.

I have been less than impressed with the HTC desire 625. I bought my first one around April. Not long after purchase the phone would reboot itself at random and would often reboot when I tried to use the camera. One day in May, during typical use the phone made a funny buzzing sound, had vertical lines through the screen, and went black. It never did come back on despite trying the hard reboot. Mind you I did not drop or mishandle the phone. I took it to geek squad. They too could not get it to turn back on. Luckily I had purchased the geek squad protection and was able to exchange the phone. So I took home a second new HTC desire 625 hoping that the first one had just been a lemon. Unfortunately I don't believe that to be the case . This second phone also turns itself off and reboots at random. A few times it has turned itself off and required a hard reboot to get it to turn back on. I am just awaiting the day that it turns off for good. While I wait, I'm looking for a better, more reliable smartphone. I would not recommend this phone to anyone. For the price point there are better prepaid offerings. That being said, I have nothing but good things to say about cricket wireless. The network has been fast, reliable and most importantly affordable.

My phone broke on me an I was in need of a temporary phone right away an as always it is Best Buy to the rescue for having a phone for me . Associate that helped me with phone was very informative on it an he helped in deciding on what phone to get

Phone is fast! pictures are subpar but works great

I am a big fan of HTC phones, but this one did not meet the expectations I generally have. I got the 625 as an upgrade to the HTC 610 I had gotten from Best Buy, which was great. As far as HTC support, it is treated like a 626, however, the 626 has a better camera. I might just have gotten a bad one, but it tends to have worse reception than the 610 had, as it has dropped calls in areas where the 610 would not. It is probably still better than the cheaper brands, but not to HTC quality,

It a good htc device only issues I have had is the sound quality and low storage . The storage is my biggest issue. It have a slot for a SD card but the problem is that I can't make it the default storage.

it is an unbeatable deal at the is price, I like it.

I cant give HTC phones a low enough score. 4 replacements in less than 15 months. and don't count on geek squad to help you out. remember they only send refurbished phones and they aren't any better. will never take the advise of a store agent again
