Needed to upgraded my phone so i purchased it too upgrade.

Bought this phone for little nephew and making this his first smartphone and he love it .

Went phone pricing and Best Buy had the lowest price.

I do not recommend this model, I've have had mutiple varies of phones from cricket that where good. However, this phone has too many defects: upon setup the phone TTY feature was activated calling out every keystroke. In addition, the phone wouldn't swipe and calibration was off. Retuned the phone and Purchase an second one from a different retail store (same model). The phone work for less than 10 days before the swipe feature went out. Return phone and choose a different model. No issue with the new phone. Don't purchase this model.

It's a good Android phone. Does what it's suppose to do.

I had purchased a phone recently from Best Buy. Saw the Kyocera Hydro View on line and wanted to buy as a gift for relatives. Have been extremely pleased with the purchases. The customer service I received at the store was excellent.

Contacting Cricket customer service to sign up was very annoying. The number on the package to activate didn't work and it took a long time to get the phone activated.

Screen breaks easy no protection would fit it, if it had it I would recommend or if u r perfect and never dropped a phone literally 4 inches to a soft carpet

this is the 3rd hydro phone and 1st had battery issues, 2nd and the 3rd have had screen broke while secured in a pocket or bag. This is a poor quality phone and I was hoping that one of the many replacements would be not defective in some way. but so far I have only been disappointed. Don't know that I will try a 4th one even if the warranty covers replacing it again.

Great cell phone for a young's... your 5" it's a excellente size for watch a video and movie and your camera it's just I wanted.

Its decent for a cheap phone if you are on a budget

My son had a phone with a cracked screen & other issues; I decided to buy him this phone for his birthday

we really love this phone as it works well and I can rely on it to turn on and make calls.

This phone is as tough as nails I drop everything grow by accident or drop in the sink etc

Great phone all the features you need....+ Good plans from Cricket (they use AT&T towers)
