I bought this phone to use as a media player. Haven't activated the sim card that came with it because I already have a phone through verizon. If you want a good quality mp3 player, video player this phone is it.

i like this phone i got it for my mom and she absolutely loves the size and the display of it.

Terrific value... IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF CRICKET WIRELESS!! Bought mine for use on my AT&T account. No problem adapting AT&T Go Phones to my business account. Not so with this phone. Even though AT&T owns Cricket, THIS PHONE CANNOT BE UNLOCKED!!

this is not typical windows phone. you can download offline maps for free. used as navigation no connection needed for internet and way more stuff you can do. nice product.

This phone is locked to cricket I was told at Best Buy it would work with att SIM card however that's not the case and the only way to unlock it is to pay 70 dollars to cricket

For the price we pay we are getting a 4g smart mobile which works as same as high valued phone

I absolutely love this phone. There is nothing that I can say bad about the phone itself. I'm using AT&T's GoPhone service. Their service is wonderful, cheap and unlimited with the $45./month plan. Shumpy's review pretty much sums up the features so I'll write my experiences. I've had it for over 5 months now and it hasn't let me down once. I've dropped it several times, it barely got a scratch. Splashed with water, dried right up. My battery lasts all day,and still has almost 50% charge. Pictures are beautiful, front facing camera is 8 megapixels. Live tiles are great, you can move them any way you wish, easily access you apps or go to an alphabetically designed list. This phone is like having a miniature windows computer in your hand. You can sync it to your windows computer and do just about anything your main computer can, it even runs Microsoft Office. Sync & save your apps, pictures, contact list, anything at all with the press of a button or set the phone to do it automatically. Talking is crisp and clear, even when using the speaker phone device. The only con is the App Store. It is so much smaller then Apple or Android. Microsoft and Nokia hit a home run with the Lumina phone line. I honestly can not see why anyone would be disappointed with this phone. It is definitely worth so much more then what Best buy is charging. Buy one today before they are all gone.

Microsoft just did not support all the major services well. YouTube was terrible. No YouTube no use to me. Returned it.

Good back up phone, after upgrading to Windows 10 it got even better

This phone cannot be unlocked without using crickit service for certain required time. I plan to use it as a Windows 10 pocket PC via wifi, not a mobile phone.

I hated it. I love to take pictures the camera quality isn't that good. But the major reason I only put one star is because it won't let you download snapchat
