It takes photos very well is a very compact device that fits anywhere

When my daughter's Cricket phone took a tumble, it shattered beyond help. We were looking for a low cost replacement from the prepaid section, one that would still work with her provider. I'd already looked into the reviews on this phone, plus I personally own its big brother, the J7. I had to travel an extra ten miles to go to Best Buy and get it, and it was absolutely worth it. This phone performs exceptionally well for only having a single GB of memory. My daughter connects to her car radio to play music, surfs the Internet, and all the same kinds of things you'd normally do on a higher-power phone, yet I haven't seen any sign of degraded signal., skipping, or dropout. It's also faster than her previous - and more expensive - phone that died. We live in the boonies, and her connection is solid. Part of that is her carrier, obviously, but in my experience it's also the phone. If I didn't need more capacity for my job, I'd probably be looking at one of these for myself. Great little phone for a very reasonable price. And oh yeah - I bought the Best Buy protection plan, literally insuring there won't be another dead phone in her future.

I have to say.... I've tried many phones over a long period of time, and had found this Samsung Galaxy Core Prime to be an excellent Android smartphone for the money. It's not meant for the gamer type of person, due to the lack of not having extensive memory, but for most people who are not into having a long extensive list of apps, large screens, or the newest operating system, then this phone's for you. It performs great, and has a very good battery life (as long as you keep location & wifi off, when not needed). It takes a pretty good amount of external storage with an added SD card. Super easy phone to use. Great features, as well. This phone also shares the same cases as the Boost Mobile Prevail LTE models, which makes it easier to find one. Cricket service is excellent, and happens to be owned by AT&T, and uses the same towers as their parent company across the U.S.A.

I purchased this phone for my daughter. She absolutely loves it. I would buy it again. I highly recommend this phone to anyone looking for an inexpensive phone that does everything the expensive phone does.

I needed a inexpensive new mp3 player and for the price of this phone, which was under $30 on sale it was perfect. Not only did i get a mp3 player with bluetooth, i have a wifi tablet to use. The only drawback i encountered was there was no external port to put in a micro sd card. You have to pop off back cover and place it where the sim card is also located. Not difficult to do.

I am happy with this phone. It is easy to use and I purchased the phone at a reasonable price. It comes with a usb charger and cable.

First off let me say I came from the land of over priced "latest and greatest" phones. I am new to cricket but wanted something that was faster than the free piece of junk they gave me. With this phone, I was pleasantly surprised. It had all of the bells and whistles I wanted in an android phone for not a bad price.

Easy to use. Great features. You can't expect much for an entry level smartphone

I bought this phone for the wife and it's perfect as far as price and features. Nice that Best Buy now carries Cricket phones.

Good phone with all the basic required features, to get started. Easy to activate with Cricket wireless. Please be aware that the phone can't be unlocked for 6 months. Camera is not good.

Nice for its price with great features and very reliable

We bought this for my son before school started this year, When we went to activate it online we had some issues doing so. We ended up taking it to a cricket rep and we was told that they no longer carry that model and are phasing them out so they dont provide service for this model. We bought the phone on sale at best buy. I seen it in the best buy ad and thought it was a great deal at $50 but seeing how it couldnt get service it was not. my youngest son uses it now for just wifi connectivity. Good phone overall just know you cant actually get phone service with it anymore with cricket.

Great for my 75 year old dad. Same interface as Galaxy S models. Android. Inexpensive. Plug and play. Good battery life.

The camera is efficient don't hurt my budget $$$ the battery last me through a full day of constant usage between calls, media and msgs

It's a good phone for the price, its a little smaller than the phone i had but it does have a flash which mine before did not and it makes a big difference when taking photo's.

Great samsung smart phone, nice camera and front screen.

First Samsung. So far, has performed great. Not too small and not too big. Only con is screen feels very plastic when typing or playing games that involve taps.
