Does not come with Micro-USB cord.

My biggest complaint is definitely the fact that this doesn’t come with the micro-USB cord to do updates and register the product. For the price, it should be included! Big fail on Cricut’s part.

I am sorry to hear you are not enjoying the machine - the EasyPress does not require a USB cord to register the machine, you can use the machine right out of the box :) The EasyPress also does not have any machine software that requires updates, as far as warranty goes all we require is a copy of the receipt.
