It's a okay movie on resident Evil the game it could of been alot better

A masterpiece. Kurosawa's retelling of Shakespeare's King Lear has never looked better. The movie is amazing, the steelbook package is great; this is a must have.

Phenomenal movie, with a version worth getting. This movie has been talked about so many times I hav e k things to add other than the 4K is fantastic, and the steelbook is awesome. The digital copy is vudu only FYI

Akira Kurosawa is one of the best filmmakers of all time and Ran is a masterpiece. Seeing it in 4K was exactly how it deserves to be seen. Highly recommend.

One of my favorite Akira Kurosawa films. One of my favorite films! And this steelbook edition is a beautiful collector's item. I was so excited to find this at my Best Buy and add it to my film library.

By far the most unexpected steelbook release! Had the DVD release but this is a big upgrade! And exceptional design for the packaging too!

This creepy 4k steel book is one of the neatest action movies from its time. Very action filled and stylistic at the same time. I would highly recommend this 4k addition to your collection!

I'm shocked that this film made it to 4k and in a sick steelbook to boot! It's one of my top 3 films of all time, an epic Japanese telling of King Lear that is stunning in every way.

Excellent Kurosawa film. I won't get into details about the film itself, but I was quite impressed with the transfer of the blu ray. I have NOT seen the 4K. The steelbook itself is beautiful.

A stunning Kurosawa film looking great in 4K. The steelbook design is outstanding! Note: I, too, received a steelbook with 2 4k discs; which I had replaced with a proper 4K/Blu-ray disc set.

Akira Kurosawa directs another classic here. If you are a fan of period films with sweeping sets and thousands of extras then this is the film for you.

The steelbook artwork is absolutely beautiful and ranks as one of my all time favorites. The 4K transfer of the film is gorgeous and the sound is perfectly suitable for the type of film.

Stunning 4K steelbook for this classic film, the restoration in 4K looks great. Hard to ask for more at the $20 price point. Lionsgate does a great job on these releases.

Terrific steelbook and excellent A/V quality. Lacking in special features, so swap out the Blu-ray for the older Studio Canal release for a more complete package.

This is a blind buy for me. Could not resist not purchasing once I had it in my hands. Hope I love the movie.

A must watch in any format. Watching this in 4k however takes this movie to the next level. Colors and film like presentation will make you back again and again.

Probably the most beautiful Steel Book best has ever released. The movie looks gorgeous in 4K. Not sure why older movies look better in 4K then the newer movies.
