This concept of this radio is nice and its a cool throwback design, but the quality control is just not there. After a couple weeks of very modest cassette use, the motor began to fail and cassettes played back very slowly. Was sent a replacement unit, and out of the box that one must have had a blown speaker or defective circuitry. Audio from every source was incredibly distorted and unlistenable. Kudos to Best Buy for great customer service, but I would not recommend this unit as there apparently is no consistent quality control. Its a shame, when it worked the radio reception was clear and strong, the speaker was loud, it had a small footprint and was easy to use, but its just not reliable.

I enjoy the portability of being able to play my cassettes on the go, or around the house. I’ve been missing my cassettes. No more!! Also enjoy the included AC cord to save on batteries.

I had a radio/cassette player for many years. The cassette player stopped working. I went on line to Best Bey to see what I could find. I was shocked to find one so similar to what had. I very quickly ordered it. When I received it I was very shocked to find it also has a USB port. I love, love this. I get a radio, cassette, and a USB port. Thank you, thank you. Sandra Fry

I live way out in the country and have a hard time picking up radio stations, I needed the metal antenna, the wire antennas don't work out here, and my cats tore the wire up. :) My 24 year old daughter asked were I got something from the 80s!

Perfect size for my bookcase, music library. Easy to read dials. Works well with my add on portable speaker.

Works ok, very cheaply built. High price for what you are getting. I bought a small old used player at goodwill for $6.00 and it works better and better quality than this. It serves the purchase for what I needed but don't expect good sound quality.

The player looks very good, the radio works great but I made this purchase because my small cassette player quit functioning. But before this small cassette player quit to work, it was not making a noise when the cassette starts to move by pressing PLAY button. This Crosley cassette player unfortunately makes a noise that you can hear by pressing PLAY button when the cassette begins to move and that's what I don't like.

Great combo of old & new. I can play my old cassette tapes & use USB or SD or radio. Comes with a cord or use batteries. Sound quality is great.

I bought this for 1 purpose. To play 1 cassette tape I have. Works perfect. Reasonable price. It has several additional features, that I wasn’t even looking for.

This looked like a great product. It arrived quickly. I tried the radio and it worked great. Then I tried to play a cassette. This did not go well. The cassette started to play and then made a funny noise. When I checked it turned out that the spool to the left that should be taking up the tape was doing nothing and it was eating up my cassette. I tried two other cassettes with the same results.

Works greats and I get a lot of compliments about it.

The product was defective and was therefore returned to the nearest Best Buy store for a full refund.
