I was really looking forward to listening to my cassettes. Would really like to return it as I hope it’s just a one off problem but I’m past the 15 days by less than a week.

When I hit the "play" button, it too often gives off a loud sound like a thunderstorm, and I can't hear the cassette tape. Only solution, which sometimes works, is to remove the tape, put it back in and try "play" again. Unfortunately, I tried too long to make it work and now find I've missed the 15 days refund period by a few days. Very unhappy that I can't return a defective product
